In caring for me, Ms. McAnuff has been extremely capable and competent. I appreciated the way she addressed any of my concerns or questions thoroughly and sensitively. She was reassuring and always made me feel quite comfortable. She was very punctual, easily accessible by phone, and very thoughtful in phoning me if she was running even a few minutes late.
Carol is very professional and terrific at what she does. She is also a lovely, kind, cheerful and very personable woman. I believe that all of this contributed to my speedy recovery.
